¶1It has been disclosed by learned counsel representing the parties that the Plaintiffs (Respondents herein) have already concluded the recording of their evidence in as many as 12 suits. All these suits have been consolidated and the evidence is being recorded in the lead suit.

¶2Learned counsel representing the Defendants (Appellants herein), on the suggestion of this Court, undertakes to conclude This is a digitally signed order. recording of Defendants' evidence within a period of next six months.

¶3The Plaintiffs are requested to extend their cooperation to ensure an expeditious completion of the proceedings.

¶4After arguing at length, learned counsel representing the Appellants, prays for permission to withdraw the present Appeal.

¶5In view of the above, the present Appeal, along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
