23.09.2016 CM No.29352/2016 Dismissed. R.P.No.357/2016
¶1We find no merit in the application seeking review for two reasons. Firstly that the writ petition was dismissed on account of filing an incorrect certificate that entire record of the Central Administrative Tribunal, required by the Rules of this Court to be filed along with the writ petition, was filed. Secondly for the reason while granting liberty to file a fresh petition we had advised the petitioner to seek a review of the decision of the Tribunal limited to the bar of limitation qua claim made in the original application.
¶2We see no cause to review the order dated July 17, 2013, and would simply express our surprise on the fact that a fresh writ petition was filed by W.P.(C) 4441/2013 the review petitioner and for reasons unknown was withdrawn as recorded in the order dated April 08, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.6584/2013.
¶3The review petition is dismissed.
