¶1This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (erstwhile Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 320/2024 registered under Sections 324(2), 115, 126 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 20233 at P.S. Lajpat Nagar.

According to him, the present FIR has been instituted thereafter by Respondent No. 2 as a

counterblast to that earlier complaint.
¶3As per the Petitioner's own averments, there are multiple criminal cases pending between the parties, which are tabulated below:

Court to conclude that it is only Respondent No. 2 who is misusing the process of law or lodging false allegations. If that were so, the Petitioner's own involvement in multiple complaints, as reflected in the tabulation, places him on the same footing.
¶5In these circumstances, this Court does not find any basis to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 528 BNSS.
¶6Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed along with pending application(s), if any.
¶7All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. None of the observations made in the order would not affect the merits of the contention of the Petitioner or that levelled in the FIR.
