2017-2018.
¶3Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the decision taken by NRC was required to be conveyed to the Petitioner by issuing formal recognition orders under Section 14 of the NCTE Act, 1993. Additionally, NRC was required to upload the formal order on the official website of NCTE in the category of "Recognised Institutions" and reflect the status of each of the said courses as recognized by the NCTE. However, oblivious of this mandatory requirement, neither formal order of recognition has been uploaded on the website nor communicated to the Petitioner by NRC, despite passage of nearly a decade from the date of the decision taken in the 255th meeting
¶4Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, from the Officer present in Court submits that formal order of recognition pursuant to decision taken in 255th meeting will be issued within three weeks from today and the same will be communicated to the Petitioner as well as uploaded on the official website reflecting the status of the Petitioner as a "Recognised Institution" for D.EL.Ed course.
