¶1Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel for the Union of India, submits that upon the petitioners complying with the formalities of submitting the refund forms, the payment in respect of the outstanding SRN shall be made CM APPL. 13407/2026 (restoration of main case) in CONT.CAS(C) 1700/2025 This is a digitally signed order. as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the said forms. The said statement is taken on record.

¶2If the petitioners comply with the necessary formalities, the refund shall be, accordingly, made by the respondents.

¶3Let an affidavit of compliance be filed by the respondents before the next date of hearing.
