Case no.

Judgment

ORDER "h

31.08.2010 This second revision has been filed by the same petitioner as in Criminal Revision petition No.423 of 2010 against the same order. It is stated by counsel that he filed two revisions against the same order at the advice of the Registry. Perhaps counsel for the petitioner is supposed to know more law than a clerk sitting at the Registry and should have told that only one revision was sufficient and he need not file two revisions against the same order. This revision petition being duplicacy of the first revision petition is not required to be kept on Board. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn' l SHIV -WINGRA,J.
