¶1By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek following reliefs: "a) Set aside the order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Cr. Revision No. 572/2025; b) Quash and set aside the order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the Ld. JMFC (NI Act)-01, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in complaint case no. 632962/2016; c) Restore the right of the Petitioners to lead Defence Evidence in the said case; and"

¶2Issue notice. The learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance notice. The learned counsel states that he has no objection if the prayers made in the petition are allowed, subject to imposing costs on the petitioners.

¶3In view of the no objection of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, and however, also keeping in view the fact that the FIR in this case pertains to the year 2013, the prayers made in the present petition are This is a digitally signed order. allowed, subject to costs of Rs.25,000/-, which will be paid to the respondent within seven days from date.

¶4With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
