24.tti.2011 By this petition the Petitioner who was a joumalist seeks protection. On a notice being issued status report has been filed. As per the status report the threat perception was weighed by the Special Cell and it was t . found that there was no specific threat to the Petitioner from any Gang or any member. However, with regard to any local threat the local Police was directed to look into the matter. According to the SHO PS Jafrabad there is no specific threat to the Petitioner from any criminal or gangster at present and apparently security W.P.(CRL) 879/2011 Page I of 2 oh Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. ( cever is being sought for as a status symbol. It is further stated that the beat staff has been directed to keep watch at and around the residence of the Petitioner. In view of this status report of the SHO PS Jafrabad, in my opinion no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition except directing them that in case there is any specific complaint received, action thereon be taken in accordance with law.
