02.11.2011 Petitioners are present in person. Copy of the report of ossification test has been placed on record. As per the said report on radiological examination the Petitioner No.l has been found to be between 16 to 18 years of age. The same is taken on record. Since the date of birth mentioned in the school certificate is not as per the corresponding entry in the date of birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth & Death certificate and as per ossification test the Petitioner No.l is 16 to 18 years, in my opinion she is entitled to the protection as sought for. w.P.(cRL) 886/2011 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. 'Since the Petitioners have married of their own free will, Respondent No.3 or his family members will not interfere in their huppy married life. In case of any specific complaint action thereon will be taken by SHO PS Sonia Vihar-in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
