I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the parties have amicably resolved all their inter se disputes , I am of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the said FIR and the proceedings arising therefrom unnecessarily alive any further against the petitioners. Consequently, the FIR No. 234/2004 under Section 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at P.S.Lodhi Colony, and the criminal proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
