ORDER
28.11.2011 Counsel for the Petitioner says that the eviction petition was dismissed under Section 14(6) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 inasmuch as a period of five years had not expired before the petition was filed after the Gift Deed was executed in the favour of the Petitioner by his father. Now, he says that since the oeriod of five years expired, the Petitioner would like to file a petition for bonafide necessity as the provision of Section 14(6) would not be a bar. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the Petitioner to file a petition for bonafide necessity. The petition is accordingly disposed of. lf'GPJ*tt'^'ti4.L.\
