In view of Clause (d) of sub-Rule (i) of the Rule 2 of Chapter 10 of Delhi High Court (Orgl. Side) Rules, 2018, the abovestated application stands served. No reply has been filed on behalf of plaintiff. Even none appeared on behalf of plaintiff to contest the present application despite repeated calls since morning till 02:15 PM. In view of sub-clause (ii) of Rule 2 of Chapter 10 of Delhi High Court (Orgl. Side) Rules, 2018, the application is allowed, in the interest of justice as well as keeping in view that the applicants/ defendants has not opposed to the application of the plaintiff for similar nature. Further applicants/ defendants are directed to appear before AR (O) on 22.10.2018 at 3:30 PM with direction to place on record the certified copy of documents sought to be returned in the abovementioned application.
