Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that all the petitioners are present. Respondent no.2 is also present who is identified by IO/SI Anil Kumar, EOW, Crime Branch. Respondent no.2 who appears in person contends that no useful purpose shall be served in continuing the proceeding in FIR No. 6/2007 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at P.S. New Friends colony, Delhi. Crl.M.C.No.2103/2008
The matter has been settled between the parties. The statement of Respondent No.2 has been recorded who has deposed that he has settled his disputes without any coercion, pressure or undue influence on him and on his own free will and it is further contended that no useful purpose shall be served if the proceedings in FIR No. 6/2007 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at P.S. New Friends colony continue, rather it will be in the interest of justice if the said proceedings are quashed.
Consequently, the FIR No. 6/2007 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered with P.S. New Friends Colony and all the proceedings emanating there from are quashed. The petition is disposed of.
