In terms of the settlement, the Execution Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their own costs. The next date fixed for hearing of 17.1.2012 in Execution Petition .-1t No.367/2010 stands cancelled. The Execution Petitions need not be listed again. #
