¶1The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents no. 1 and 2, to take statutory action on the petitioners' written complaint dated 10th July, 2025, regarding the illegal demolition of the loadbearing structural wall between Flat No.110 and Flat No. 111, situated in Evergreen CGHS Ltd., Plot No.7, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi.

¶2A short affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1/ DDA, wherein it is stated that the subject flats were inspected on 25th March, 2026.
