ORDER %
08.05.2009 It is brought to the notice of the Court that in the matter between the parties final award has already been passed. The present appeal has been preferred by the petitioner against an order dated 24'^ June, 2008 passed by the learned Arbitrator on an interim application made by the respondent. Since final award has been passed, all interim orders stand vacated and only final award passed by the Arbitrator is the final adjudication between the parties. The order of the learned Arbitrator, under challenge in this petition, has lost its significance and become non-est because it has merged into the final award, after passing of the final award. The appeal stands disposed of having become infructuous.
