¶1This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of a sole Arbitrator.

¶2Mr. D.R. Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed and disputes between the parties are resolved through .Arbitration.

¶3Accordingly, Mr. Justice B.A. Khan, a former Judge of this Court (Cell No.9818000150), is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon al l disputes and differences including claims and counter claims arising between the parties. It is agreed between the parties that fee of the Arbitrator shal l be borne by the parties equally as per the schedule maintained by Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

¶4[Petition stands disposed of.
