¶1O.M.P. 526120lI and O.M.P. 527/2077 have been filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. ARB.P. 324120IL and ARB.P.325l20Il have been filed by the

¶2petitioners under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of Arbitrator. After some hearing in the matter, it is agreed between counsel for the parties that all disputes and differences including claims and counter claims arising between the parties be referred to a sole Arbitrator. Accordingly, Justice.Anil Dev Singh, former Chief Justice, Rajasthan High Court, (Cell No.9810060203) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon all disputes and differences including claims and counter claims arising between the parties. lt is agreed between counsel for the parties that fee of the Arbitrator shall be paid from either of the accounts of the partnership firm of the parties as per the scheduled maintained by Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. As agreed, the federal Bank will issue a cheque directly in the name of Arbitrator for tfie fee and expenses at the request of all the parties. O.M.P. 526120]]1 and O.M.P. 527iIOII stand dismissed as not pressed with liberty, as prayed, to approach the Arbitrator for interim relief. ARB.P. 324|2OII and ARB.P.325/2011 stand disposed of.
