Considering the fact that as per plaint, cause of action accrued at Sector-30, Rohini where the plaintiff performed some part of the contract, the present matter stands transferred in view of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Sessions Judge (North-West District), Rohini District Courts, Delhi on 22nd February, 2017.
