She states that in a bid to resolve the matter respondent is willing to hand over two cheques amounting to Rs. 8,00,000/- to petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent assures this Court that the aforesaid cheques are good for payment and shall be honoured on presentation. The statements made by both the learned counsel are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same. However, in case any of the aforesaid cheques is dishonoured for any reason, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present proceedings.
