¶1The learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the parties to this appeal have settled their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, he shall withdraw the present appeal.

¶2We find that the settlement agreement dated 13.08.2026 consisting of 16 pages is on the record of this Court. The counsel for the parties state that the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement.
