¶1The counsels infonn that the matters have been amicably settled between the parties. It is stated that each petition impugns the award of the l-r Industrial Adjudicator awarding compensation in lieu of reinstatement, of <60,000/- to each of the respondent workman. It is stated that it has been ageed that the petitioner shall in full and final settlernent of all claims/dues of each of the respondent workman pay a surn of{ 20,0001-to eactr, on or 2/_ a t/" t) before 2"d May, z}II.The counsels state that the awards irnpugned in these petitions be modified in accordance with the settlernent.

¶2The settlernent arrived at between the parties is found to be legal and in the interest of parties. In accordance with the settlement, the awards are modified by directing that the petitioner shall pay to each of the respondent workrnan a srrn of {20,000/- on or before 2"d May, 2011 in fuIl and final settlernent of atl claims whatsoever of the respondent workman against the petitioner including under the awards aforesaid and/or towards gratuity, provident fund and other dues etc.
