ORDER

16.08.2010 This petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing FIR No. 300 of 2006 under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC registered with police station Katia Mubarakpur on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise. The complainant in this case had received injuries on his head, however, the injuries were simple in nature and were not dangerous and Section 307 IPC was foisted because of the injuries were on the vital part of the body i.e. head. The complainant and accused are first cousins and living in the neighbourhood of each other and had picked up the quarrel on account of construction of a toilet. \ Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. • Considering the fact that both complainant and accused have settled the matter and now wants to live peacefully and amicably, the petition is allowed, only to the extent that further action on FIR be not taken if the petitioners furnish a bond of keeping peace in the locality for a period of two years to the tune of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of trial court concerned. The petition stands disposed of with above order. Das ti. AUGUST 16, 2010 rd SHIV NARA YAN DHINGRA,l v
