Judgment
ORDER
31.08.2010 This petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. No.378of2004, under Sections 384/120-B IPC on the basis of compromise. Though, the dispute arose out of matrimonial discord but the extent to which the parties had gone reflects criminal bent of mind of the person. One lady constable of Ghaziabad posed as Sub-Inspector and went to the house of the girl and two sales-tax officers posed as income-tax inspectors and went to the house of the girl and the F .I.R.s were registered against these persons for committing various offences. I consider that in such like petitions even if compromise is arrived at between the parties settling dispute, F .LR. cannot be quashed. The petition is hereby dismissed. AUGUST 31, 2010 'AA' SHIV
