17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. Learned counsels for the parties have admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.1 crore, therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned Contd....2

In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi for 22.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
