¶1These are two applicationsmoved under Section 438 CrPC by the petitionersnamelySardar@KuldeepandRahulseekinganticipatorybailin case FIR No.29/2012under Sections 448/380/506/34IPG, PS Inderpuri, Delhi.
¶2Arguments heard.
¶3Status report has been filed on behalfof the State as per which the co-accusedPrem Singhand Mohd. Mehtabwere arrestedon 18.04.2012and from the possession of co-accused Prem Singh, ten stiching machines, tables, chair and other articles were recovered and thereafterthey were released on bail.
¶4It is submittedby learnedAPP for State that the presentpetitioners have alreadyjoinedthe investigation.
¶5Consideringthe facts and circumstancesofthe case, it is orderedthat in the eventofarrest,the petitionersnamelySardar@Kuldeepand Rahulbe releasedon anticipatorybail on their each furnishingPB/SB in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfactionof lO/SHO concerned. However, petitionersare directedto jointhe investigationas and whenrequiredby the lO/SHO concerned.
