In view of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred.
It is stated by counsel appearing for the plaintiff that another suit bearing CS (OS) No. 1208/2010 between the parties has been transferred to West District, Tis Hazari Courts for 11.05.2016 and let this matter be also sent with that suit for the same date.
Record shows that vide order dated 04.03.2014, proceedings in this suit have been adjourned sine-die till decision of CS (OS) 1208/2010.
Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 11th May, 2016.
This matter be tagged along with CS (OS) 1208/2010.
