They statethat the Petitionersand RespondentNos.2 to 4/Complainantshave enteredinto a Compromiseand the compromisedeed dated 20'^^ August, 2011 is annexed at page 37 ofthe petition.They furtherstate that in view ofthe settlement CRL.M.C.2902/2011 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. i r \ betweenthe parties,they do not wantto pursuethe abovementionedFIRWnd the proceedingspursuant thereto. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differencesof their own fi'ee will, volitionand withoutany coercionand no useful purposewill be servedin continuanceof the proceedings,ratherthe same would create further acrimony between them, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementionedFIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Consequently,FIR No. 356/2011under Sections452/323/506/34IPC registeredat PS UttamNagar, New Delhi and proceedingspursuantthereto are hereby quashed.
