No 2768/2010 This petition has been filed by the petitioners under section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No. 32/2010, u/s 420 IPC, registered at P. S. Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. & Both the parties are present in the Court today. Petitioner No.2/ complainant Mr. Sunil Batra, is identified by the Investigating Officer Inspector V.K. Sharma. It is stated by the parties that they have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the petitioner No.2/ complainant has received a sum of Rs. 26,94,740/- from the accused persons. There are no disputes pending between them. Now, the complainant prays that the FIR No. 32/2010, u/s 420 IPC, registered at P.S. Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, be quashed. In my considered opinion no useful purpose will be served by continuing the said FIR particularly when the parties have settled all their disputes amicably. In view of the above the petition is allowed, FIR No. 32/2010, u/s 420 IPC, registered at P.S. Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, and all other pending proceedings, are therefore ordered to be quashed against all the accused. The petition stands disposed of. No orders as to costs. Dasti.
