¶1Admittedly, the order of which contempt is alleged, was against the CVC only. However, in addition to rnaking CVC and three officers of CVC as respondents/contemnors, the appellant also impleaded respondents no. 4 to 10 who arelwere officers of HUDCO. The lealned Single Judge, vide order dated 11tr' Novernber, 20II ordered deletion of these respondents no.4 to 10 from the anay of parties on the ground that the compliance of any order was not to be made by these respondents. lhe appellant, thereafter, filed review petition which has also been dismissed vide irnpugned order date 13th July,2012. .\ \ LPA 575/2012 Pg.l of2 2-
¶2After hearing the appellant, we find that there was no occasion to implead respondents no. 4 to 10 in the contempt petition and they were rightly deleted from the array of parties. The present appeal is disrnissed. ,lW ACTING ITTIEN JUSTICE f t AUGUST 2I,2OI2 dk LPrl575t2012
