Today, it is stated on behalf of the respondent/DDA that a status report has been filed, wherein it is averred that the name of the petitioner was duly included in the draw of lots, which was held on

3.2.2011, and the same was communicated to the petitioner on

4.2.2011. It is further stated that a demand-cum-allotment letter has also been issued to the petitioner, which fact is confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner. CONT.CAS(C)712/2011 Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. In this view of the matter, nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of, with directions to the respondent/DDA to expedite processing of the case of the petitioner upon receipt of payment from him.
