¶1ln this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's application of 0r.02.20r1 (Annexure p-3) to record petitioner's possession in respect of crop of rabi, 20ll over land Khasra No.I07 /412 (2-t7), 7lZ (1-09), L}gls/2 (0-13) situated at Village Karala, Delhi, has not been decided till date.

¶2ln this regard learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to Annexure p-4 and states that respondent No.5/reh sildar, saraswati vihar, Delhi, has not decided petitioner's application of 01.02 .20L1 (Annexure p-3).
