09.11.2017 CO.PET. 422/2014 This winding up petition is filed against the respondent. On 22.01.2016, this court has already passed an order admitting the winding up petition and appointing the OL as a provisional liquidator. To that extent the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file claims before the OL when invited by the OL. OLR 174/2017 The valuation report is taken on record. Report stands disposed of. CCP(CO.) 7/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the respondent company is being wound up, he does not wish to press the present petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. JAYANT NATH, J NOVEMBER 09, 2017 rb
