In terms of Settlement Agreement of 6th November, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Mr. Arvind Nagpal, Manager of petitioner-School, who is present in the Court, has handed over a demand draft of `1,70,000/- to respondent-Ashok Kumar. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent-Ashok Kumar is present in the Court and has accepted the aforesaid demand draft. In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
