The allegations against the petitioners are that they along with Devender Kumar Gujral, husband of the petitioner Seema Gujral had cheated the complainant and several other persons by inducing them to part with huge amounts of money on the assurances that they will be getting the attractive returns. The complainant is present in person and states that no amount given by her is so far returned. The co-accused Devender Kumar Gujral is already in judicial custody. I have heard counsel for the petitioners and APP for the State. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to admit the petitioners on bail. Petitions are accordingly dismissed. M.L.
