02.Lt.2011 By this petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his mother has to be treated. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the Petitioner's mother Srnt. Ramesh Rani is presently residing at H.No. 134, Shivpuri-Il, Village Dinpur, Goyla More, Najafgarh Delhi. She is suffering from Polio since her childhood due to which she has pain in her knee and her back. She is under regular treatment at RTR Memorial Hospital, Village Jafarpur, Delhi. It is stated in the status repoft that besides the Petitioner his brother and sister are there to look after the mother who are residing in the same village. page I of2 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. f', Be that as it may, since the Petitioner has been continuously granted parole in the year 2007, 2009 & 2010 and he has suruendered in time and there is no allegation that he has misused the concession of parole granted to him, I deem it fit to grant parole to the Petitioner. It is therefore directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial Court/ CMM. Petition is disposed of. 17.01.2012 By this application the Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 2nd Novemb er,20l1by reduction of the surety amount. A status report has been filed by the State which shows that on one occasion the Petitioner was released on suretv bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and on the last two occasions he was released with surety bond of Rs. 10,000/-. In view of the report submitted the order dated Z"o No,r"-b"r, 20II is modified. It is therefore directed the Petitioner be now released on parole for a W.P.(CRL) 1288/2011 pnge I of 2 "ffi period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial CourU CMM.
