ORDER %

18.11.2011 By this petition, the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to re establish social ties. It may be noted that the appeal of the Petitioner was decided by this Court on 18"' March, 2011 and the Petitionersurrenderedonly on 12"' May, 2011. This being the reason the parole of the Petitioner was declined by the Govt. In view of the fact that the Petitioner had ample time to file Special Leave Petition before surrendering, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the competent authority. Petition is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the Petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail. MUKTA GUPTA,J NOVEMBER 18,2011 'dk'
