17.0r.2012 The appeals are directed against an interim order passed by the leamed single Judge pending consideration of objections to the award filed by the appellant under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. In terms of the impugned order, the operative portion of which is contained in para 65, the appellant was called upon to fumish security. We had, entertained the appeals and passed interim directions. We are informed that hearing on the objections stands concluded on 2.I.20I2 and the judgement is awaited. In view of the aforesaid it is agreed that the interim anangement made by this Court in the present appeals would continue to prevail till the disposal of the OMP and all questions of law raised by the parties are left open.
