High Court of Delhi
Decided
15 November 2011
Case no.
W.P.(CRL) 1448/2010

Judgment

ORDER %

15.11.2011 Counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 & 3 states that the charge sheet in the case has already been filed in the Court. That being so, the relief sought in the petition regarding transferring investigation to Crime Branch has become infructuous. With regard to the relief that direction may be given to respondent No.l, i.e.. Commissioner of Police to initiate proceedings against the 10 and the SHO, P.S. Ranhula for saving the accused persons, it is premature to come to a conclusion that there was any such fault committed by the 10 or the SHO warranting any action to be taken against them by the Commissioner of Police. In view of this, the main relief sought in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. NOVEMBER 15, 2011 sl<w M.L. MEHTA,J
