18.10.2011 The petitioner's wife Babita is present in Court. She has been produced from Nirmal Chhaya. As per the marriage certificate, her age was over 18 years on the date of the marriage. She has stated that she wants to reside with her husband. In these circumstances, we direct that she need not return to Nirmal Chhaya and can leave the court premises with her husband James Raja. The writ petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master. . .a @.
