P.C. itselfhad made it clearthat she had accompaniedthe accusedon her own free will and she had marriedthe accused, it is surprisingthat despitethis statementof the girl, prosecution chose to file a charge-sheetinstead of filing a closure report compellingthe accusedto come to this Courtfor quashingthe FIR. The complainant and accused, both are present in the Court today. Complainanthas been identifiedby SI Brij Bhushanfrom P.S. JahangirPurl. They both have marriedeach otherand they have one child. The FIR No 555 of 2008, P.S. Jahangirpuri,registeredunder Section 363 IPC and the criminalproceedingsarisingtherefrom are herebyquashed.
