27.O9.20rO Petitioner is present in person and submits that he had retired on 31.08.2003 from the service of respondent from the post of Deputy Manager (Safety). He has further submitted that he is entitled for safety allowance of t 150 in line with the existing scheme and said allowance is not paid to him. lt is submitted that he has made a representation on 29th January,2OO9 in this regard but the same has not been disposed of till date. Counsel for the respondent is present on an advance notice. Learned counsel for the respondent has assured that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2009 shall be disposed of within six weeks. ln view of above submissions made, respondent is directed to dispose of representation dated 29.L2009 by a speaking order, if pending at its end within 6 weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner.
