22.02.2017 Ex.P.97/2016 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. The sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.1 crore. Therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned district court. In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for 31.03.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Contd.....2 Parties are directed to appear before the said court. The next date of hearing of 27.03.2017 already given before the Hon'ble Court, stands recalled.
