Dispute was with regard to a flat bearing No. E-I28, Second Floor, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi. It was alleged in the FIR that despite receiving pa5rment possession of the flat was not handed over to the complainant/respondent No. 2. Now, petitioner and respondent No. 2 h:ave setfled ttreir disputes amicably. However, cost of { 10,000/- be deposited by the petitioner with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within three weeks and receipt thereof be filed with the Registry.
