CRL.M.C. 3626/2011 This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing the FIR No.162 of 2009 under Sections 498A/406 IPC registered with police station Narela and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom on ^ the ground that the parties inter se have amicably resolved all their disputes with the intervention of well wishers and respected members of ^ the family. The petitioner no.l (husband) and respondent no.2 Smt. Sonia

(wife) are living together happily for the last one year. The respondent no.2 placed on record the photocopy of her identity card to prove her identity. The petitioners are identified by their counsel. The petitioner no.l and respondent no.2 were married but on account of some disputes the present FIR was registered by respondent no.2. She states that since she has been living with her husband in her matrimonial house, she does not intend to pursue the present FIR and the Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. i same be quashed. In view of these submissions, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.162 of 2009 under Sections 498A/406 IPC registered with police station Nareia and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
