02.11.2011 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 943/06 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPG registered at PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi. The complainant/RespondentNo. 2 is present in person who is identified by the Investigating Officer and her counsel. The complainant states that the disputes between the Petitioner No. 1 and her have been amicably resolved and they are living together as husband and wife for the last one year. In view of the fact that the disputesbetween the parties have CRL.M.C. 3571/2011 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

¶5been resolved the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Since the parties have amicably resolved their difference and the pendency of the present proceedings will bring further acrimony and disharmonybetween the two, it would be in the interestof justice if the present FIR is quashed. Accordingly, FIR No. 943/06 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPG registeredat PS PrashantVihar,Delhi and the proceedingspursuantthereto are quashed.
