20.10.2016 which reads as:- 'As regards the pending Execution Petition in this Court we direct the Registry to identify such Execution Petitions which have been pending in this Court involving a sum of upto Rs.2 Crores for being transferred to the concerned District Courts.' the present Execution Petition is liable to be transferred. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Saket Courts (South) on 02.03.2017. As there is no appearance on behalf of the judgment debtor or its counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to the decree holder as well as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
