¶1None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. So was the position on the previous date of hearing. Crl.M.A.No.14293/2016 has been filed for withdrawal of the present bail application.

¶2Learned APP informs that the petitioner has since been granted bail by the Sessions Court yesterday.

¶3The present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.

¶4Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned for information as to how the two bail applications one before the Sessions Court and other before this Court were filed by the petitioner.
