(a) thereof before the ld. Arbitral Tribunal where the next date of hearing is stated to be 09/02//2016 at 2:30 PM. It is submitted that earlier permission for summoning this witness was also granted by this court vide its order dated 04/11//2015. Heard and allowed. So far as summoning the other witness is concerned, same is allowed subject to condition that his name finds a mention in the list of witnesses already filed by the plaintiff on court record. Let the witness be summoned for his evidence before the ld. Arbitrator for 09/02/2016 at 2:30 PM on taking steps within two weeks from today and on filing of PF duly specifying the time, details and particulars, of the ld. Arbitrator before whom the witness is sought to be present. This IA stands disposed off accordingly.
