ORDER

31.10.2012 Konika Jain along with Amit Goswami is present in the Court. She states that she is married to Amit Goswami. As per the writ petition itself, Konika Jain is about 21 years of age. She states that she is happy and wants to live with Amit Goswami and submits that her family members are not accepting the said marriage.

¶2We have spoken to Konika Jain, Amit Goswami and Sudha Jain, ^ (S mother of Konika Jain in the Chamber. Later on brother and uncle of Konika Jain were also called to the Chamber and we have also spoken to them. Her mother has also agreed to talk to Konika Jain whenever she calls up on the telephone. It will be open to Konika Jain to get in touch with her mother on telephone. Sudha Jain, mother of Konika Jain states that documents/certificates like birth certificate, school leaving certificate, college certificate etc. will be given to the SHO, Police Station, Shakarpur by tomon-ow evening. ¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

¶4Konika Jain and Amit Goswami, submit that they apprehend that they may be subjected to violence or physical harm. The SHO of the Police Station, Shakarpur will examine the threat perception and provide necessary police aid and help. •k

¶5The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, directions/observations made above will be complied with/observed. /(
